Who We Are
Equip Sports C.I.C. aims to build an environment where more sports can be accessed by schools, communities and individuals.
Sport doesn’t start and end with mainstream sports, instead these should just be the start.
The main barrier to more equipment intensive sports is cost, however, the benefits to trying and building new skills via new techniques used for sports such as roller skating or archery can help participants develop and learn.
Providing a more diverse, unique and customisable sports offering can and will help you raise participation and create a more inclusive sporting landscape.
What We Do
Equip Sports C.I.C. will help you create this landscape by providing equipment to you and your participants on a term-by-term basis. Each term, Equip Sports would meet with you and would allow you to decide which equipment you and your participants would like. All we are here to do is facilitate your desires, not dictate.
You may be wondering what equipment we have?
Equip Sports aim to provide high-quality equipment. We also plan to cater to a vast number of sports, whether that be roller skates or frisbee golf equipment.
What we are aiming to do is work in partnership with schools, clubs and groups who are passionate about building their sport offering whether in class, sessions or extracurricular programmes and help you make your participants experience a better one.
Community Interest Company
Equip Sports is a Community Interest Company because we exist to make a difference. Our goal is to improve lives through sport- by increasing participation, promoting better health, and creating opportunities for those who are often underrepresented or overlooked. That social mission is at the heart of everything we do.
By becoming a CIC, we’ve chosen a structure that protects our purpose and ensure our work always benefits the community.
This means:
- We’re legally bound by an asset lock, so all profits and assets must be reinvested into community programmes, not paid out to private individuals.
- We are regulated by the CIC Regulator, which helps build public trust and transparency.
- Unlike charities, we have the flexibility to generate income, employ staff, and grow sustainably, while always staying focused on our community impact.

Enjoy & Rotate
Use the equipment in PE lessons, club sessions or extracurricular activities. At the end of each rotation, swap it for new gear to keep things exciting and fresh.
